We always try to keep the website up and running smoothly, we cannot take responsibility for the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issue and reasons beyond our control. The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. Your personal details will only be disclosed if required by law or if you do not uphold our terms and conditions. The use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at the users own risk, we will not be made liable.
DELIVERY
We will always try to send your parcel as quickly as possible, if you place an order before mid-day [12 noon] we will where possible send the same day. All options and information are on the website for postage times and payments.
We cannot be held responsible for any items which are delayed in transit. You will receive confirmation once the item has been posted and If you have asked for your parcel to be tracked, you will receive a tracking number. Once the parcel has left us, we no longer have control of it.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us within 14 days of delivery. It is down to the buyer to pay the return postage.
Please note, we can only accept a return if the item is in its original packaging, and in unused condition. On receipt of the returned item, we will to the best of our ability make every attempt to process all refunds within 5 working days.
Items you are returning must be in the same packaging as you received it in with any labels or tags in place, you must include your purchase details I.e. name, address date of purchase and order number along with a return address label on the parcel. It is strongly recommended to use a recorded delivery service to return the item as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post/transit. Proof of postage will be required. Please contact us using the contact page to request a refund or exchange, No refunds or exchanges will be processed without the item being returned to us in its original and resalable condition. We recommend that you check your purchase as soon as it arrives as any damage or faults must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
WOOL
We make every effort to represent the wool colour correctly, due to different colour pixels on different devises please bear in mind that there could be slight variations in colour. Please bear in mind colour variation from batch to batch, always make sure you have enough wool for your project.
